Project 1: Movie Poster
Brief: To develop freehand drawing skills through a combination of self-expression, natural and man-made object drawing, architectural lettering, tonal values and rendering.

Outcome: Final A3-size movie poster drawing using watercolour or any colouring medium that captures the essence and express the genre of the film.
Tutorial Exercises
Throughout the past first 4 weeks, we were to produce a set of drawings such as : Self Expression, Tonal Value & Rendering, Architectural Lettering and Colouring Median & Scale. These tutorial exercises were prepared to develop skills in visualization and communication of an architectural idea, space and form before starting our Project 1 which was to draw a movie poster.
