Project 1: Experiencing Space

Brief: In a group of 3, we are required to design the scheme in the form of semi-open architecture by using 2-3 modifying elements of architecture alongside with a scheme of spatial translation with minimum 2 precedent studies analysis relating to spatial poetics in architecture, identify and explain different ‘modifying elements’ in architecture.

Outcome: A compilation of minimum 2 A3 panels for precedent studies which includes diagrams, images and annotations illustrating the analysis of the selected precedent as well as minimum 4 A3 panels for the spatial translation that includes floor plans, sections, elevations, perspective images (exterior and interior) of poetic spaces for the design scheme.
